2. SMS / Text Message Terms
When you submit a quote request or contact form on sdconcretepros.com and check the SMS consent box, you are opting in to receive text messages from SD Concrete Pros (short code or long code via Twilio) at the mobile number you provide. This is a transactional SMS program for:

- Appointment and service scheduling confirmations

SD Concrete Pros provides estimates and bids based on site conditions described by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual site inspection. Services are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
4. Quotes and Estimates
Online quote requests are not binding contracts. A formal written estimate will be provided after site assessment. Work commences only after a signed agreement and any required deposit. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and scope changes.
5. Payment
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Deposits are typically required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Warranties
SD Concrete Pros warrants its workmanship for one year from project completion against defects directly caused by our installation. This warranty does not cover damage from ground movement, tree roots, heavy vehicle loads beyond residential use, or acts of nature. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials where applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
SD Concrete Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Changes to These Terms
